Apple And Fennel Salad Recipe

Overview

Granny smith apples add a firm texture and tart taste to this wonderful spinach, fennel and apple salad.

* The Granny Smith apples should be peeled and cubed.

Step 1

Thoroughly wash spinach, removing fibrous stems. Dry and place in salad bowl. Add fennel, apples and onions. Toss with Celery Seed Dressing. Trim with fennel tops. 6 servings.
