In large Soup pot saute Onion and Garlic in the Olive oil for about 3 minutes; Add Celery Salt, Parsley, Lemon Zest, Salt and Pepper, Dry White Wine, Stock and Boullion Cubes.
Let Simmer on Medium. Do Not Let Boil. Turn down if Necessary.
In seperate bowl; Wisk Egg and Juice and Pulp from Lemon(avoiding seeds), Continue to Wisk while pouring 2 Laddles of soup mixture into bowl, Then wisk into Soup Pot.
Add Instant Rice
Cover and Simmer (Not Boil) for 1/2 Hour
You're Ready to Serve!
