Orange Grapefruit Marmalade Recipe

Step 1

Peel grapefruit. Cut 1/2 the peel in thin strips. Discard remainder. Cover with boiling water. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain. Cover with cold water. Let stand 1/2 hour. Add diced pulp of grapefruit, orange, and lemon. Cover with cold water. Let stand 24 hours. Boil slowly 1 hour. Add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Let stand 24 hours. Boil slowly until juice sheets from spoon.
