How to Stir Fry Leafy Greens
Heat olive oil in pan at low to medium high heat. Add onions and garlic.
Add chicken, stir occasionally. When chicken becomes white and tender, add tofu. Mix in the soy sauce to taste.
Add leafy greens, and cover for 5-10 minutes.
