How to Make a Healthy Grilled Buffalo Chicken Sub
Prepare the bread by spreading the mustard and buffalo sauce of your choosing onto the opened bread.
Sprinkle the chopped grilled chicken breast over the bread and position so that it covers all open areas.
Add the lettuce make sure that all areas have lettuce.
Add the sliced tomatoes to the top of the lettuce and chicken breast.
Add the pinch of salt and pinch of pepper
Place the two slices of cheese evenly on top of the entire sub.
Place in oven and allow to broil for two minutes or until the cheese has melted over top of the sub.
Remove from oven and add oil and vinegar.
