This is a great dip to prepare in the summertime, because it uses the microwave for preparation instead of baking in a conventional oven.
If you prefer a browned top on the dip, just pop under the broiler for 2-3 minutes after removing from microwave.
How to Make Microwave Crab Dip
Rinse and drain crab meat, then place in 1-quart microwave-safe casserole dish.
In small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, sour cream, green onion and parsley.
Stir well to combine, then add to crab in casserole dish.
Cover dish with lid or wax paper, then microwave on 70% power for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from microwave, and serve with sesame crackers or Ry Krisp.
