Coleslaw dressing can be made or tweaked a thousand and one ways. The great thing about it is that it's so flexible, depending on the kind of taste you like. So grab a bowl, a fork or whisk, and get blending. Even if you have half of the ingredients, it will taste fine -- as long as the oil and vinegar are there.
Whisk together oils, lemon juice and vinegar.
Add horseradish, mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce and hot sauce.
Blend together in bowl or blender if preferred.
Taste and add more hot sauce or lemon juice to taste.
Toss dressing with coleslaw. Sprinkle with cilantro (parsley is okay too) and freshly ground pepper.
