How to Make Raw Food Spaghetti


A raw-food diet is a plant-based diet that promotes uncooked and unprocessed foods, such as organic fruits, vegetables and nuts. Made from organic vegetables and prepared without heat, raw-food spaghetti is one of the many delicious meals that can be enjoyed on a raw-food diet. This tasty dish can be made prepared in less than 15 minutes.

Step 1

Spiralize raw zucchini and place on place as you would pasta.

Step 2

Place remaining ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor.

Step 3

Pour sauce over zucchini pasta and sprinkle with parsley.

Things You'll Need

  • Spiral slicer
  • 3 medium organic green zucchini
  • 10 to 12 sun-dried tomatoes (soaked), or a 12-oz. jar in olive oil
  • 1 large organic tomato
  • 1 large organic red pepper
  • 1 1/2 garlic clove
  • 5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp. parsley
