Fruit Salad


Fruit salad is a delicious alternative to green salad and can be just as healthy. It is cool and refreshing and easy to make. It makes a great summer BBQ or picnic dish. The simple, healthy and natural ingredients are what make fruit salad great.

How to Make Fruit Salad

Step 1

Slice or dice the strawberries, bananas, apples and grapes into small pieces.

Step 2

Drain the most of the syrup out of the can of pineapples.

Step 3

Place all the fruit in a bowl and toss.

Step 4

Add honey to the fruit mixture to taste and toss.

Step 5

Add a little bit of plain yogurt. The fruit salad should be creamy, but not runny.

Step 6

Top the salad off with chopped walnuts and a light dusting of cinnamon.
