Raw and living foods are foods that contain live enzymes. A raw food diet is the consumption of unprocessed, plant-based, uncooked foods, preferably organic. Raw ice cream is a delicious, healthful dessert made from raw nuts and all-natural sweeteners. This dessert is easy to make and can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
In a high-speed blender, process all ingredients except cashews and 1/2 cup of water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Check for consistency and texture. Add water as needed to ensure that the mixture is processing in the blender.
Add cashews and blend until creamy and smooth.
Pour into a large bowl. Cover with plastic and freeze for 1 hour.
