How to Make Garlic Cream Cheese Spread

Step 1

Soften the cream cheese and margarine by placing the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and heating in the microwave for 20 seconds.

Step 2

Place the softened cream cheese, margarine, chili powder, drained capers, and minced garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend the mixture until it is smooth. Alternatively, a bowl with a hand mixer can be used to blend the ingredients.

Step 3

Refrigerate the garlic cream cheese spread in a storage container for one hour before serving.
