How to Make Creamy Garlic and Veggie Spread

Overview

This dip is great to bring to any get-together. With its garlicky taste and its creamy texture it makes your taste buds sing. The best part about it is it's low in fat and sodium.

Garlic and Veggie Dip

Step 1

Place packaged cream cheese into bowl, spoon sour cream over over cream cheese. Mix until smooth.

Step 2

Remove tomatoes from jar. Cut into small pieces. Place tomatoes into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 3

Add garlic to cream cheese mixture. Chop scallions into small pieces and add them as well.

Step 4

Stir together until vegetables are thoroughly mixed into cream cheese mixture. Add lemon juice and stir again.

Step 5

Place in smaller bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill for at least two hours before serving. Serve with crackers.

  • 1 tbsp. oil from sun dried tomato jar
