Golden Delicious Chocolate Fondue
Fondues are enjoying a revival since they adapt well to the needs of the modern host or hostess--quick and easy, yet special.
1/3 cup heavy cream Method:
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
2 tablespoons rum or 1 teaspoon rum flavoring
4 Golden Delicious apples
- In a small fondue pot or heavy saucepan, heat cream; add chocolate and stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in rum. Keep warm over very low heat. Just before serving, core apples and cut into wedges for dipping.
