Broccoli and brassica sprouts are commonly grown in Saskatchewan. Canada also produces a wide variety of wheatgrass and grain sprouts including oats, rye, barley, wheat, sunflower, amarinth and buckwheat. These foods are all a part of Canada's sustainable agriculture program.
