Indoor-grown wheatgrass lasts from 10 to 17 days. It matures within 10 days of planting. A second round takes an additional six to seven days to mature. However, since the majority of nutrients come from the seed, any additional regrowth produces less nutritional value, tougher blades and an increased chance for mold formation within the growing flat.
