Chocolate Fondue with Apple Wedges
1/3 cup heavy cream Method:
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
2 tablespoons rum or 1 teaspoon rum flavoring
4 Braeburn or Granny Smith apples

- In small fondue pot or heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat cream. Add chocolate and stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in rum. Keep warm over very low heat.
- Just before serving, core apples and cut into wedges for dipping.
