Can I Pour Milk on My Tomato Plants?

Milk's natural enzymes ward off several types of mildews that commonly attack tomato plants. The use of milk also prevents aphid infestation and therefore keeps other insect-transferred diseases at bay. For best results, use a 50/50 dilution of milk and water and apply directly to foliage with a spray bottle once a week.
