Can Crabgrass Come From Straw?

Crabgrass can come from straw. It is common practice to plant a crabgrass/straw mixture after harvesting wheat. This grass mixture is then baled and used as feed for livestock. Any of these bales can have crabgrass seeds mixed in with the straw.
