Red wiggler worms survive temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The ideal cultivation temperatures range from 60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This is the temperature that the worms are the most active. Once the temperature dips down to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, the red wigglers become dormant.
