Tomato plants do not affect the growth of blueberry bushes. Tomato plants and most vegetables prefer only a mildly acidic soil while blueberry bushes only grow in highly acidic ground. Tomatoes and Blueberries won't grow in the same conditions, so a tomato plant cannot affect the blueberries at all.
