The Perfect Temperature for the Venus Flytrap

The Venus Fly Trap, scientific name Dionaea muscipula, a perennial native of the Carolinas, needs temperatures between 45 and 98 degrees Fahrenheit and high humidity during the growing season. During winter months, dig up bulbs and store at 30 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit until the following spring.
