Most varieties of both apricots and peaches are self-fruitful and do not need to be cross-pollinated. However, the few varieties that are unfruitful may cross-pollinate with other varieties of the same fruit. Peaches can only cross-pollinate with peaches and apricots can only cross-pollinate with apricots.
