Whiteflies cause damage to tomato plants by feeding on the leaves. Control whiteflies biologically by introducing known whitefly predators such as predaceous wasps, ladybird beetles and lacewings to the garden or greenhouse. Insecticidal soaps, used according to manufacturers instructions, reduce the population of whiteflies on tomato plants.
