Where to Find Coulter Pine Trees

Notable for their up-to-5-pound pine cones, Coulter pines are native to the slopes of central and Southern California's Inner Coastal mountain ranges east of San Francisco south to San Diego. They also grow in northern Baja California. Standing 30- to 70-feet high, Coulter pines can grow 10 feet per year.
