According to the llama directory, peony plants (Paeonis officinalis) are not toxic to llamas. Peonies are toxic to cats, dogs and horses, and cause diarrhea and vomiting when eaten. If llamas do exhibit signs of peony poisoning after ingesting the leaves or flowers of the plant, seek medical attention from a veterinarian.
