Do You Cut Back Fuchsia Hanging Plants?

Hanging fuchsias are cut back to the rim of the pot or to a length of 6 inches before bringing indoors to store for the winter. Cutting the branches back will induce the fuchsia to go dormant. In the spring, pinch back new growth to promote bushy growth.
