When to Transplant Vegetable Seedlings in Arkansas

The University of Arkansas's Cooperative Extension Service recommends transplanting cool-weather crops, like peas and spinach, any time from February through April. Tomatoes can be set out March through May, and other warm weather-crops in April or May.
