When Do I Plant Fall Broccoli in My Vegetable Garden in Virginia?

Broccoli plants can placed in Virginia vegetable gardens as early as late June, according to the Virginia Cooperative Extension. You can continue planting through early fall. The Extension recommends broccoli varieties such as "Sussex," "Windsor" and "Everest."
