Reliance peach trees (Prunus persica 'Reliance'), like most peach varieties, are self-pollinating. This variety is one of the hardiest yellow-fleshed freestone peaches, according to Colorado Tree Farm Nursery. The trees will bear fruit even after freezing temperatures down to -20 degrees Fahrenheit.
