Where to Plant Forsythia: Sun or Shade?

Forsythia (Forsythia x intermedia) is a medium-sized, deciduous shrub that produces bright-yellow clusters of flowers during March and April. Although that forsythia tolerates partial shade, full sun exposure is necessary for maximum flower production.
