Does a Strawberry Tree Produce Strawberries?

No. An 8- to 15-foot ornamental Heath family tree, strawberry tree (Arbutus unedo) isn't related to the rose-family strawberries (Fragraria) with red fruit on low, creeping bushes. The tree's round, 1/2- to 1-inch red or yellow fruit, however, is edible.
