Is the Plant Florida Jasmine Drought Tolerant?

Florida, or showy, jasmine (Jasminum floridum) is a drought-tolerant, mounding plant standing up to 5 feet high and 4 feet wide. Its arching stems have deep green foliage and clusters of small, yellow spring and summer blooms. This jasmine is hardy to USDA zones 8 to 10.
