Will Magnesuim Sulfate Help Tomato Plants Grow?

Magnesium sulfate, more commonly known as Epsom salts, is often used by gardeners to correct a magnesium deficiency in soil. According to the University of Maryland, gardeners should not apply magnesium sulfate to soil around tomato plants unless a soil test shows that the soil is lacking magnesium.
