Maple Walnut Squares

11/2 cups flour
2 eggs (beaten)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup maple sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar

Combine flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar and butter in a bowl. With fork, mix until consistency of fine corn meal. Press mix into greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup maple sugar and syrup in small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat 5 minutes. Pour over beaten egg, stirring constantly.

Stir in remaining ingredients, except nuts. Pour mix over baked crust. Sprinkle with nuts and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Cool in pan and cut in bars.
