Control Houseplant Pests Naturally

Overview

It doesn't matter whether you keep your plants indoors or outdoors: Insects, such as aphids, will find them. You can use an insecticide to kill the insects, but insecticides contain harmful chemicals that you probably don't want to use around your family and pets. Fortunately, there is an all natural product called Neem oil that you can use to successfully get rid of any insect that may be bugging your plants.

Step 1

Measure and pour the Neem oil in the empty spray bottle.

Step 2

Add water and stir to combine the two ingredients.

Step 3

Pour the dish soap in the spray bottle. Mix one final time.

Step 4

Spray your plants with the Neem oil spray. It will kill any pests that may be bothering your plants.

Step 5

Spray the all-natural insecticide on the plants once per week to keep the pests off of the plants in the future.
