Sweet and Sour Salsa

Sweet n' Sour Salsa

Looking for a new and different salsa? Here it is. Be sure to protect hands when seeding and mincing the jalapeno pepper.

2 cups diced pineapple
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
2 tablespoon minced red pepper
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh, if possible)

Combine all ingredients.
