Making use of the flora and foliage of your home landscape opens the door to a world of creativity. From fresh floral arrangements and potted flowers to decorative wreaths, using the leaves and flowers of your plants in crafts allows you the ability to beautify your surroundings. One interesting and attractive craft involves making a hand-held fan from lemon tree leaves. A creative project, making a fan from lemon tree leaves proves to be an easy task to achieve, and one that results in a sweet-smelling and decorative accessory.
Squeeze a dot of glue at the bottom of one of the Popsicle sticks.
Layer the end section of a second Popsicle stick directly over top the glue spot. Make sure the sticks are separated at the tops, making them into a wide "V" shape.
Glue a third Popsicle stick to the bottom, where the other two are glued. Make this stick run straight up and down between the two sticks.
Lay the stick frame n front of you and squeeze several small dots of glue up and down each stick.
Adhere loose, small lemon leaves to all of the glue dots.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the lemon leaves, placing small ones and larger ones randomly on glued spots of the wooden frame. Do this until all of the leaves are overlapping one another making the structure into a hand-held fan.
