Pineapple-Onion Salsa

1 cup chopped sweet yellow onion
1 cup total chopped red and/or green bell peppers
1 cup chopped pineapple
2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and refrigerate several hours to let flavors blend.

Makes 3 cups.
