Try this very different mustard with grilled sausage.
Yield: About 1-1/4 cup
3/4 c. Mustard (dijon style)
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 T. Boiling water
2 T. Honey
1 T. Distilled white vinegar
2 T. Applesauce
1/4 c. Finely chopped walnuts
Procedures:
In small bowl combine mustard, sugar and salt. Add water; stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in honey and vinegar, then the applesauce. Mix in walnuts to blend thoroughly. Store covered in refrigerator.
