Home Remedy for Killing Garden Weeds

A weed is a plant like any other. The only difference is that the weed is considered to be a nuisance. This simply means that the plant is not wanted. Weeds grow in several places, including among gardens. When weeds grow amongst other garden plants, they can rob the garden plants of nutrients. Garden growers will want to remove these weeds with a home remedy.

Step 1

Place your dish soap in to a medium-sized bowl.

Step 2

Pour vinegar on top of the dish soap, and combine the ingredients.

Step 3

Add salt to your homemade weed killer, and mix until the salt is dissolved.

Step 4

Transfer the homemade weed killer to an empty spray bottle.

Step 5

Spray the weeds by soaking their leaves. Wait two days to see if they have completely died away. If they haven't, repeat these steps. Wait another two days, and all of your weeds should be dead.
