Applesauce Walnut Bread

4 cup of flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cup California walnut, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2 cup applesauce
¼ cup butter, melted or oil.

Procedures:
Mix dry ingredients with walnuts. Combine eggs, applesauce and oil or butter. Mix dry ingredient with egg mix all at once and stir until just blended. Pour mix into greased 16 by 5 by 4 loaf pan. Bake at 350° F (conventional oven) for approximately 50 minutes or until bread tests done. Cutinto 32 slices.

Notes: for easy slicing, wrap loaf in plastic wrap and refrigerator it for 1-2 days. No. of serving: 32, using 16 by 5 by 4 loaf pan.
